HCG Cream Cheese Crab Dip (P3)

Ingredients
8oz. cream cheese (light is fine)1/2 c. Duke's mayonnaise (no sugar)1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese (reduced fat)4 oz. Phillip's crab meat (special)Juice of 1 small lemon (about 1 tablespoon)1 clove garlic, minced1/4 c. chopped green onions (optional)1/2 tablespoon of Creole or mild coarse-grain mustard (optional)1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
Soften cream cheese . Preheat oven to 350. Combine crab meat and lemon juice in a large bowl and then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and spread in a small baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Serve with slices of sourdough bread, crackers or pretzels.

Makes about 24 servings at about 2 - 3 tablespoon heapings.
