Two cups dry couscoushalf an onion.25 cup of olive oil, split Three quarters of a cup of sundried tomatoeshalf a cup of green peppersThree cups of spinachA few tbs of rice vinegarFour tbs of Thai chili sauce (hot)
Directions
Make couscous as directed on box

Saute shrimp and onions, add all other ingredients after shrimp is cooked
