Ingredients
4 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup fice flour3 cups milk1/4 cup carrots chopped1/4 of large red/yellow bell pepper2 tbsp chivesgarlic salt red pepper flakesblack pepperpaprika
Directions
sautee all veggys...place to the side....heat olive oil over med heat add flour stir cont...cook flour for 2 mins add milk...keep stiring...add veggys and spices to taste...cook for 20 mins on low heat.
