Skinny tuna pasta bake

65g dry pasta5g butter5g plain flour60ml semi-skimmed milk30g low low Kerry cheese75g drained Tuna in water
cook pasta in boiling water. Whilst pasta is cooking, gently melt butter in a pan. Once melted, gradually stir in the flour. This will make a roux. Turn the heat down and make sure the roux cooks through but does not colour. Add milk 15ml at a time and whisk in well. Grate the cheese in to the milk sauce and whisk well until melted and there are no lumps. Once pasta is cooked, drain and mix with tuna then add to the sauce and mix through. Place under a high grill for 4 mins until the top begins to brown and serve immediately
