Yogurt Oat Bars

2 cups rolled oats 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 3/4 cup dried cherries 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp kosher salt 1 1/4 cups skim milk 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt 1 oz. dark chocolate (shaved on top)
Combine oats, walnuts, salt, cherries and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Mix yogurt, egg, vanilla extract and milk in another small bowl.
Combine with oat mixture with the yogurt mixture.
Press 1/2 the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 8inch square pan.
Once pressed, sprinkle the dark chocolate shavings on top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown; cut into bars when cooled.
Serving Size: makes 48 servings.
