Steak and peppers stir fry

1.5lb flank steak, cubed with fat trimmed2 large red onions, diced1 green pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1 tbsp ground ginger.5 cup kikoman soy sauce2 cups of jasmine white rice
Cook jasmine rice according to package directions. Cook cubed flank steak in a skillet with soy sauce and ginger over medium low heat. Once well browned, add red onions and let simmer in low heat for 5 minutes. Add the bell peppers and simmer for n dditional 5-10 mins (make sure bell peppers are still crisp). Keep the juices in tact. To serve, put half a cup of rice in the bottom of a bowl then pour over the stir fry with plenty of it's own juice to flavor the rice. enjoy.
