Persian lubia polo

Ingredients
Small Onion, One can of tomato, 500 gram of mince beef, 1.5 cups of green beans, 3 cups of rice. (This is for at least 4 to 5 people)
Directions
Boil rice until semi cooked (slightly soft), drian all water and keep until the sauce is ready.
Prepare sauce : Fry one onion and mince beef and add green beans and canned tomato and cook for 40 minutes and reduce the sauce.
Then put a little bit of oil at bottom of a pan and add sauce to rice and cook on very low heat for 40 minutes

Serving Size: makes at least a plate for 5 people
