Kale Soup

Ingredients
3 large bunches Kale 1 grocery store rotisserie chicken1 qt chicken stock or broth1/2 gal water6 T oyster sauce2 T fish sauce
Directions
Remove stems from kale leaves and chop the leaves into bite sized pieces.
Place kale,stock and water in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer to wilt leaves.
Remove the chicken meat from the bones, discard skin and chop the meat into bite sized pieces.
Stir in oyster sauce and add fish sauce to taste approx 2 T
Add meat and simmer until the kale is tender approx 45 mins total.
