Hi Fiber Delicious Beef & Bean Burritos

Ingredients
5 South Beach Multi-Grain wraps1/4 cup chopped onions1 pound 10% fat - lean ground beef1 package taco seasoning1/2 cup water1 jar Archer Farms (Target) Medium Bean Dip1 can (8 oz) Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
Directions
Brown onions and ground beef in skillet. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add Bean dip and heat.

In 9' x 12" pan, scoop beef/bean mixture into a wrap. Roll, with seams down. Repeat till all mixture is evenly distributed. 5 burritos will fit neatly in your pan. Open can of green chile sauce and pour over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut each burrito in half - one serving is 2 halves.

    love the fact that this is high fiber and high protein, but it seems to have an awful lot of sodium in it. Will have to see how it can be adjusted to bring the sodium levels way down Thanks for sharing
