Spicy Turkey Sausage & Veggie Pasta

1 large onion, diced1 bell pepper, diced1 package smoked turkey sausage, sliced1 cup mushrooms, diced1 tomato, diced1 cup zucchini, sliced2 cups spinach, chopped3 cups arrabiata sauce13.25 oz package whole grain rotini2 tbs balsamic vinegarItalian spices, red pepper, salt and pepper to taste
Brown the sausage in a large skillet. Remove and add vinegar to pan. Add onion and peppers and sauté until onion is transparent. Add mushrooms and seasonings (I use a per-mixed spicy spaghetti seasoning from Sam's Club). Cook one minute, then add tomato and sauce. Turn heat to low and simmer until pasta is done. Boil pasta in a large pot. Drain pasta and add sauce. Serve immediately.
