Salmon Salad sandwich spread

Ingredients
Canned Salmon (Kirkland) - one 6 oz canBest Foods Olive Oil Mayo - 2 TbspHeinz Dill Pickle Relish - 1/3 TbspFrench's Yellow Mustard - 1 tspOnion, raw, chopped - 1 Tbsp
Directions
Open Salmon, rinse, break up with bitter knife, and let drain in colander.
Add mayo, relish, mustard, and onion and combine in bowl.
Add the salmon and mix thoroughly.

Adjust relish, mustard, and onion to taste, add salt and pepper if you like.

Serving Size: Makes 3-4 servings depending on how thick you spread it
