Slow-cooker Chili w/ no Chili Powder

2 small carrots, peeled, small chop10 mushrooms, cleaned, large chop1/2 large onion, diced1-2 lbs lean ground turkey3 cloves garlic, small dice2 tsp granulated sugar3 tsp crushed red pepper flakes2 tbsp cumin4 tsp Italian seasoning2 tsp salt1 tbsp black pepper3 tbsp sriracha hot sauce (optional)1 tbsp lime juice1 large can diced or crushed tomatoes1 can black beans, rinsed, drained1 can kidney beans, rinsed, drained1 can corn, drained1 can tomato soup
1. Add oil to a frying pan on med-high heat, add turkey, garlic, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp red pepper flakes, and cook until meat is no longer pink.
2. Add the onions, carrots and mushrooms and cook until onions turn brown
3. Spray slow-cooker with cooking spray and add turkey mixture
4. Add corn, both beans, tomatoes, and tomato soup to mixture
5. Add the rest of the spices to taste, sriracha sauce, and lime juice
6. Mix together until blended
7. Cook on high for 3-5 hours, on low for 6-8 hours
8. Enjoy!
You can also add chili powder, I just didn't have any!
Use spices to your discretion as well
