Carrot Apple Oatmeal Flaxmeal Muffin

Ingredients
1/2 c white flour3/4 c flax meal3/4 c rolled oats1/2 c granulated sugar2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp ground cinnamon3 carrots, chopped in a food processor (I used a juicer)2 apples, cored and peel, chopped in a food processor (I used a juicer)1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips3/4 c. chopped almonds (I used slivered)1/2 c. fat free vanilla or plain yogurt2 large eggs, beaten1/4 c. 2% milk1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Use a food processor or a juicer (what I used) for the carrots and apples. Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Add 1/4 cup to each well of a muffin tin with a paper liner. Cook 20 min at 350 degrees.
