Sweet Potato & Squash

Ingredients
1 c. cubed, peeled sweet potato1 c. cubed, peeled butternut squash1 medium onion, wedged1 T. olive oil1 T. basil
Directions
Peel and cube potato. Cut in half, peel, de-seed and cube squash. Wedge onion. Add all ingredients to Ziploc bag, coat well. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes.

Serving Size: Approx. 2 - 1 cup servings.
