Chocolate PB2 Baked Oatmeal

2 Cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa5 Tbsp PB21/2 Cup packed brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 1/2 Cup 1% Milk1 1/2 Tbsp melted lite margarine1 large egg1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly mist a 7x11 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, cocoa, and PB2. In a seperate bowl mix together milk, margarine, egg and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes until top is golden. Slice into six servings.
