5 chicken thighs8 garlic cloves chopped1 Tsp Sazon (or you can make your own ,by mixing1 Tsp paprika,1 Tsp ground blk.pepper,1Tsp salt and1Tsp garlic powder)if so ,makes sure you only use 1 tsp.
heat oil in large skillet,brown chicken on all sides,sprinkle the sazon over chicken pieces,add the garlic and continue cooking until garlic is soft,slowly pour wine ower chicken
and cook until done ,about 15 - 25 min.
add a dash of pepper and serve w/ rice.
Yellow. wild or spanish rice will work.
