Ingredients
preheat oven to 400combine black beans with 2 tbsp of the salsa s&p to taste set aside to let flavors blendspray tortilla on both side with pam and sprinkle sea salt on both sidespush tortilla down into muffin panput salsa & bean mixture into the bottom of tortilla break egg on to top of bean mixturebake for 7-8 min remove , egg will not be done yet..top with cheese cover with foil & return to oven for 6-7 minserve with tbsp salsa & 1 tbsp sour cream
