KFC Cole Slaw - Using Lowfat Mayonnaise & Artificial Sweetener

4 cups of finely chopped cabbage1/8 cup shredded carrot4 packets of Splenda (1 packet = 2 teaspoons)1/4 tsp. salta couple of heavy dashes of black pepper1/8 cup 2% milk1/4 cup lite mayonnaise1/8 cup fat free buttermilk3/4 tablespoons white vinegar1 1/4 tablespoons lemon juice
1. Be sure that the cabbage and carrots are chopped up into fine pieces (about the size of rice kernels).
2. Combine the Splenda, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice and beat until smooth.
3. Add the cabbage and carrots. Mix well.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
