Stef's Mini Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 2/3 cup Flour1/2 tsp. Nutmeg3/4 tsp Salt2 Large Eggs1/2 cup Canola Oil1/2 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp.Baking Soda (dissolve in water)1/3 cup Water1 cup Pumpkin1 1/2 cup Sugar
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together
Beat eggs and Pumpkin together
Add to dry ingredients add oil and water.

**Dissolve the baking soda in the water before adding to ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
