Ingredients
4 slices White Bread2 fresh egg1 cup sliced tomatoes
Directions
Break eggs in a bowl and beat, soak buttered bread in the beaten eggs until soaked to the other side, layer it with the sliced tomatoes and place another soaked slice on top. Place in a toasting machine or use skillet pan. Cook till its golden brown and cooked.
