Special Apricot Crumble

Ingredients
Filling:800g can pie apricots1/4 cup raisins1 Tbs honey (optional)2 Tbs waterTopping:6 Tbs biscuit crumbs (I use 4 Granita and 4 ginger biscuits)2 Tbs oats (not quick cook)2 tsp cinnamon1 Tbs margarine
Directions
Layer apricots, honey and raisins in a microwave safe dish
Sprinkle water over
Make Topping:
Wizz the biscuits, cinnamon and oats in food processor until crumbs
Add margarine and wizz unti well mixed
Sprinkle over fruit in dish
Cook, on High 5 min or until hot
Serves 6
