Atkins Mexican Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Directions
1 tbsp Olive oil3/4 cup chopped onion3/4 tsp cumin4 cups chicken broth2 cup shredded cooked chicken3/4 tsp jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced1 small tomato4 tbsp cilantro
heat oil in a medium sauce pan
add onions and cumin, cook for 2-3 minutes
add next 3 ingredients, cook for 10 minutes
stir in tomatos and cilantro, cook additional 5 minutes
add-in 1/2 avacado, cheddar cheese,or additional cilantro (Don't forget to add in the extra carbs!)
