Shrimp Rolls w/ Dijon Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
8 oz. Shrimp, cooked and diced8 oz low fat cream cheese1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped3 cloves garlic, minced1 pkg reduced fat crescent rolls1/2 cup flour3 Tbsp Move Over Butter1 tsp dijon mustard1 cup fat free half and half
Directions
Combine cream cheese, shrimp, jalapeno and garlic. Separate crescent rolls and place unrolled on a cookie sheet. Place 1/8 of mixture on wide end of each crescent roll. Bring narrow end up and over the mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.

To make the sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, add flour. Mix in fat free half and half until sauce is right consistency. Add in dijon and mix well. Serve over shrimp rolls.
