Pumpkin Patty Pan Bake

1 can Canned pumpkin1 whole Patty Pan squash2 servings Dreamfield Healthy Living Penne Pasta noodles (4oz)1/2 cup light mozzarella cheese 1 tsp Garlic powder1tsp cinnamon 2tsp Curry
Boil water & Place noodles in boiling water
Cut Patty Pan squash into chunks, removing the skin
Steam Squash or saute in pan until soft
Once cooked, place noodles and squash in casserole dish together
Mix garlic powder, curry, cinnamon and pumpkin in bowl
Pour pumpkin over squash & noodles
Sprinkle cheese over the entire dish
bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Makes 4 servings (about a cup each)
**This is also yummy with walnuts sprinkled on top!
