Crock Pot (Slow Cooker) Cheesy Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
1 large green bell pepper, chopped1 lb potatoes, thinly sliced1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 tsp paprika1 can 98% fat free condensed cream of chicken soup8 oz 2% Velveeta, cubed1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauceParsley to taste
Directions
I use a 6 quart slow cooker.

1) Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chopped pepper in bottom.
2) Layer sliced potatoes over pepper.
3) Add chicken, and sprinkle paprika over chicken evenly.
4) Pour cream of chicken soup over everything and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
5) Add Velveeta and Worcestershire, and stir.
6) Cook for another 15 minutes on high.
7) Add parsley just before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
