About 1 lb lean ground beef 90/10Bell Peppers variety about 8 strips or 1 cup choppedKetchup 2 tbsp1 can 14.5oz (411g) Peeled Tomatoes in juice Petite diced1 can 4oz (113g) mushrooms1 can 8oz (226g) tomato sauce2 celery stalkes about 12" long chopped1 small onion choppedWacky Mac 2cups
Brown ground beef in large skillet over med high heat; pour off excess grease
Add diced bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, tomato sauce, celery and onion. Cook until tender, add ketchup, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes.
Cook Wacky Mac according to package directions, drain and add to skillet.
Serve with salad and garlic bread.
