EASY CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE (low carb)

2 lbs cabbage1 12oz can corned beef4 slices bacon3 tbsp butter1/3 cup watersalt & pepper to taste
Prep:
Shred the cabbage (or chop coarsely)
Cut up bacon into 1/2 inch strips
Cut up the corned beef into 1/2 inch cubes
Cooking:
Fry the bacon in a large pan or pot that has a lid. Until bacon is almost crisp.
Remove bacon, but leave the bacon grease in the pan!
Reduce heat to medium, add the butter to the bacon grease and melt.
Add the cabbage to the pot. Stir to coat the cabbage with the grease/butter mixture.
Add salt & pepper (stir).
Cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the bacon and corned beef into the cabbage. Stir. Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes until corned beef and bacon are heated.
