Ingredients
1 cup oats1/2 cup peanut butter1/3 cup honey1/2 cup coconut1/2 cup of two mixins: raisins, choco chips, cinnamon chips, nuts, dried cranberries, etc.
Directions
Mix all ingredients and chill for 30 min. Then remove from refrigerator and ball into 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls. Store for up to a week in an air tight container in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes 18 - 20 balls.
