Garden Herbed Tilapia

Ingredients
Tilapia filet, 16 ozJuice of one lemonExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Basil, 1 tbsp Maple Syrup, 2 tbspGarlic, 1 clove Fresh spinach, 0.5 cup
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Combine ingredients in a small mixing bowl until mixed well.

2. Place tilapia (frozen or fresh) in oven save pan, pour sauce over fish, and disperse spinach over fillets. Cover and bake for 15 minutes or until fish easily flakes with fork.

*Serving suggestion: Serve with rice and black beans
