Crock Pot Chile Chops

Ingredients
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup4 TBS light sour cream1- 4oz can of chopped green chiles2 - 3oz lean pork chops1 cup of baby carrots2 red potatoes chopped.
Directions
Spray crock pot with pam. Chop potatoes and put in bottom of crock pot, layer carrots on top, place 2 chops on top of that. You can use frozen chops. Pour green chiles over top of chops. Mix soup with sour cream and pour over top of everything. Cook on high for 3 -4 hours or low for 4-6 hours until chops are done. Very quick and easy recipe.
