Vegetarian Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili

15 ounce can white kidney beans (drained and rinsed)15 ounce can black beans (drained and rinsed)28 ounce can crushed tomatoes14 ounce can diced tomatoes2 tablespoons chili powder1 tablespoon ground cumin2 teaspoons smoked paprika1 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 tablespoon brown sugar1/2 teaspoon salt2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1” pieces1 medium onion, coarsely chopped2 cloves garlic, minced15 ounce can white kidney beans15 ounce can black beans
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir to mix well. Cook on low for 10 hours.
Optional:
Garnish with goat cheese (or whatever kind you prefer) and green onion.
