Sugar Free Pumpkin Smoothie

1 cup of Almond Breeze milk ( or sugar free Soy milk)1/2 cup of canned pumpkin puree'1/2 cup Cool Whip, Sugar Free non - dairy whipped topping2 packets of Truvia (stevia sweetener)1/4 teaspoon of each, Cinnamon and nutmeg.1 cup ice cubes
In a drink blender add:
Almond Breeze (No sugar added or sugar free soy milk, reg or vanilla). The liquid needs to go in first!
Next:
Add all the remaining ingredients.
Cover and blend on high speed until all ice cubes are crushed.
Pour into a 16 ounce glass.
Drink up! Yummy
*NOTE: you may adjust the sweetness by adding or subtracting stevia sweetener packets.
