Sholte Brianna- German Apple Cake

2 eggs1 cup vegetable oil2 cups white sugar2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon vinilla extract2 cups all purpose flour4 cups apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
Preheat over for 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl beat eggs with an electric mixer until creamy and add sugar and vinilla
to mix and continue beating. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and ground cinamon together in another bowl. Slowly add this mixture to the first one and mix all together. (note that the mixture will be very thick.) Fold in the apples using a wooden spoon and spread batter into a prepared cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until it is done and let it cool. Once it is cool enough, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and enjoy!
