Ingredients
1 pound of tilapia2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons rice vinegar2 tablespoons lite soy sauce1 teaspoon chopped garlic2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions
Spray a pan with vegetable oil spray to prevent fish from sticking. Place tilapia in pan. Whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce and garlic until well blended. Sprinkle sesame seeds over fish. Broil or bake at medium heat about 8 inches from element for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
