1/4 cup tahini3 T. olive oil2 T. lemon juice2 cloves minced garlic1/2 t. cumin1/2 t. salt1/4 t. tabasco sauce1 1/2 cups chickpeasPinch of paprika
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Chill before serving. Sprinkle paprika over it before serving.
