Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Whole Grain Oats4 tsp Splenda1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon1 Cup Cold Water (Ice cubes may be substituted for all or part)
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender container and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Pour into glass and drink immediately as consistency will thicken to that of cooked oatmeal in a short time.
