Pillsbury Easy Stromboli (with a twist)

1 lb. ground chicken1 cup broccoli1 cup mushrooms1 cup pizza sauce1 Tablespoon of Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown the chicken (can substitute with beef).
Cut broccoli and mushrooms then set aside. Once the chicken is brown, spray your cookie sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. Unroll the pizza dough and spread it out starting in the center. Spread the dough till it covers the pan. Spread the pizza sauce till the area is covered leaving about a half inch uncovered (for folding).
Place the chicken lengthwise, down the center (again leaving room at the edges for the fold). Put the mushrooms and broccoli on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with italian seasoning and cheese then fold the corners in, pinching at the ends to seal.
Bake in the oven for about 20 mins or until the outside is golden brown.
