3 egg whites4 Mushrooms, chopped1 Tbsp. Red Peppers1 Tbsp. Onions3/4 cup Spinach1 wedge Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb Cheese2 Tbsp. Crab meat
Sautee peppers, onions, and mushrooms until tender. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Transfer to a bowl.
Cook the crab meat and cheese until the cheese is melted. Then mix it into the sauteed vegetables.
Add egg white into small pan and cook thoroughly, fliping once. Add the crab mixture and cook until heated.
