1 can (19 oz) chick peas1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomaotes3 romano tomatoes sliced6 c fresh spinach 8 oz mushrooms sliced2 tsp garlic mincedbasil, onion powder, italian spice
Directions
put all ingredients into large skillet, simmer for about 10 minutes and serve
