Mashed Potatoes with Protein

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes2 tbsp skim milk2 tbsp water1 pkg Herbalife chicken soup
Directions
Wash and peel potatoes. To decrease cooking time, chop potatoes into large pieces. Boing potatoes until done. Drain potatoes of all but 2tbsp water. Add milk and chicken soup. Mash until smooth.
