16 Cups torn chunked TJ's Shepherd's Bread (1 loaf/17 slices)2.5 Cups finely diced Celery2 Cups or Large Onions dicedSalt & Pepper5 X Large Eggs6 generous tsp ground Sage or moreWarm water to moisten
Tear bread into small chunks, add diced Celery and Onion, Sage, Eggs, Salt and Pepper. Add warm water to moisten, should be "fluffy". Stuff Turkey butt and neck cavity
