Crockpot Fall Harvest Apples

Ingredients
Cut & Core 15 assorted apples (can leave peels on) 2 cups cranberries 2 cups frozen blueberries 1/3 cup Stevia 3 Tbs Smart Balance light spread 4oz walnuts (or your choice of nuts) nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon to taste
Directions
Put all ingrediants into crockpot with 2cups water and cook. I started them on high then slow cooked for 3 hrs.
