Ingredients
Crust:2 Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp 3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1 Tbsp. Active Dry Yeast1 1/4Cup Warm WaterSauce:1 Can Diced Tomatoes6 Oz can Tomato Paste (no salt added)1 Tbsp. CilantroDrizzle of olive oilToppings:17 Slices Turkey Pepperoni3 Mushrooms, sliced9 Turkey Meatballs
Directions
For the crust, mix sugar and yeast into the warm water and let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy. Then add it with the oil to 2 cups of the flour. Mix well until a good sticky dough is formed. Sprinkle some of the flour to a cookie sheet and start kneading the dough, adding the rest of the flour, until a manageable dough is created. Place the dough in a bowl and cover for about 30 minutes until it has doubled in size.

While dough is setting, puree all of the sauce ingredients in a food processor to make the pizza sauce.

When the dough has doubled in size separate it in half, form each half into a ball, and freeze half of the dough for later use. Take the other half of the dough and pat and roll it out to fit a pizza sheet.

Add as much sauce to your liking, sprinkle with parmesean cheese, toppings, then the cheese. Bake in a 425 degree pre-heated oven for 20-30 minutes.
