Cajun Asian Shrimp w/broccoli over rice

Ingredients
shrimp 3.5 ozbroccoli 1 stalkfresh red pepper slices .5 peppersliced mushrooms .5 cuppineapple pieces 1 slice choppedwhite rice .5 cupteriyaki sauce glaze 2 - 3 tblspcajun spice 2 tsp1 tsp canola oil
Directions
heat wok or frying pan with 1 tsp oil, stir fry all ingredients except rice. cook rice as directed on box. stir into stir fry mixture; add teriyaki glaze and cajun seasonings.
serve.
