Julia Child's cheese souffle

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter4 whole eggs1/3 c. heavy cream1/4 c. parmesan cheese1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 c. cheddar cheese7 oz cream cheese (neufchatel), softened & cubed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Butter 5 cup souffle dish. Put eggs, cream, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper into blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add cheese while blender is running; blend until smooth. Add cream cheese, one cube at a time, blending until smooth. Blend at high speed about 10-15 seconds. Pour into prepared dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until puffy and browned. Serve immediately.
