Asian salmon burgers

Ingredients
213 g can Wild Pink Salmon1 large egg white.5 cup wholewheat breadcrumbs2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce2 cloves chopped garlic1 Tbsp chopped ginger2 chopped green onions1 stalk chopped celery,5 tsp celery seed .25 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix all of the above ingredients well and form into 4 equal patties. Place in fridge covered with cellophane until ready to use. The cold will help them keep together. When ready to use you can grill them or fry them in a non-stick pan until they start to crisp up. Serve on buns or eat as patties.
