Vermicilli Upma

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 0.5 tsp or 1 packet Curry Leaves, 1 sprigJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper Ginger Root, 1 slices (1" dia) Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)*Rice Vermicilli Noodles, 1 cup Water, 11/4cup
Directions
1. Heat Oil.
2. Add mustard seed, Curry Leaves, Red Chilli pieces and fry.
3. Add Ginger and Green chillis along with the Chopped onions.
4. When onion is pink add vermicilli and fry for a bit.
5. Add salt to taste and water and let it cook.
