sweet potato squares

Ingredients
sunflower oil4-5 sweet potatoes3 cups of oats3/4 cup of milk1 tbsp of lemon juice1/4 cup of flaxseed1/2 cup of maple syrup1/2 cup of pumpkin masked2 tbsp of almond butter1/2 cup of blueberries1/2 pecans
Directions
brush sunflower oil on a baking sheet.
bake the sweet potatoes in the oven until tender, then let cool.
peel off potatoes skin
put potatoes in a mixing bowl and add all ingredients.
mix well.
put on a baking sheet and bake for 30-45 mintues.
