Ingredients
beef tip gravy:1 lb beef tip1 can organic mushroom soup (not condenced)1 package dry onion soup mix1/2 cup water2 tbs flourgarlic mashed potaoes:4 cups mashed potatoes1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
beef tip gravy:
toss beef with flour and soup mix
pour in water and soup
cover and bake at 400 f for 1 hour

garlic mashed potatoes:
mix 4 c mashed potatoes with 1 tsp minced garlic
