1 box Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix1/2 Cup Water1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil3 Eggs1 box Jell-o Lemon Cook & Serve Pudding (prepared)1 tub Kraft Light Cool-Whip
Prepare cake mix (in 2-9" cake pans) and lemon pudding (separately) as instructed on the boxes. Let the cakes cool completely and let the pudding chill. Use 1/2 of the pudding as the filling between the 2 cake layers. Mix the remaining pudding with the tub of cool-whip and frost the cake. Chill before serving.
